I ordered the items and put in the correct address for shipping but then the system hit a glitch and wound up substituting the wrong shipping address. I contacted the owner right away and asked him to send the item to the right address. He never got in contact with me. The item didn't get to her in time for her birthday because it went to me. Then I had to pay eight dollars to have it shipped -- it was a big bummer.
The necklace was nice, the clasp was broke. When you hooked the jump ring into the clasp the end of the arm on the clasp was broken so the necklace would come unhooked. I have not got the replacement chain as of yet. It took a bad review to get attention after other failed attempts with no responses.
We live right in the middle of Moose Country out here in the Colorado Mountains and see the them all the time and it’s just wonderful…so the pendant was for my wife on Valentine’s Day…and it was just perfect…”Thanks so much”…
Aways love my pieces . The first day a wore it I was complimented.
Contacted them multiple times, the the clasp was broke so then it would hold the necklace together. No response to replace chain. Don’t waste the money
