Beautiful frosted pink heart but chain too small for my neck , how do I go about exchanging the chain for a 20” bought in store in Osage beach mo but not planning on going back there till March or April 2023, I might consider exchanging the heart for a teardrop shaped one but not sure on that , just disappointed in SS chain as it is so tight and spots on it where the color is gone on chain

It's very pretty. I'm just disappointed that the color is more aqua than green as it is shows in the photos. I was hoping for a color that I don't have. Not sure how to get around this problem.
I placed an order for the large heart pendant necklace and received the smaller one by mistake. Mr. Leight called me to say he was sending me the large one and I was to keep the small one. I gave the small one to my daughter and told her it was a gift from Mr. Leight! Now that is customer service!
