Beautiful frosted pink heart but chain too small for my neck , how do I go about exchanging the chain for a 20” bought in store in Osage beach mo but not planning on going back there till March or April 2023, I might consider exchanging the heart for a teardrop shaped one but not sure on that , just disappointed in SS chain as it is so tight and spots on it where the color is gone on chain
